Tenant’s Placement Service only
Option Two: If you are an out of town investor/landlord that doesn’t have the time to find tenants or show your rentals but like to self-manage, you’re in the right place. We can help you with that for an initial charge of 50% on the first months rent to place a tenant. Once the tenant and lease are in place, you can take over. The tenant will then pay rent to you.
